Shipping and Returns


Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail at a cost of £3.99 per order. This is a 48 hour service and we use Royal Mail.  Please note that it is 48 hours from day of dispatch  and not date of order placed.

Orders over £75 receive free shipping.

Tracking will be provided by email on day of dispatch.  Depending on the cost of the order you will either receive full tracking or confirmation once parcel has been delivered.  Either way we have the ability to check if the parcel has been delivered and have the ability to contact Royal Mail who will do checks if the parcel states it has been delivered and our customers say it has not been.  Once the outcome of this investigation by Royal Mail has been completed a refund of the missing parcel may be issued.

If you live locally to our store at 311 The Vale Enterprise Centre, Hayes Road, CF64 5SY then you can have free collection by adding code COLLECT to remove the shipping charge x

Our orders will generally be dispatched 1-5* working days from the date you place your order although it's normally the quicker end of the time scale. 
During busier times like pre christmas, the dispatch will be around the 4 - 5 working days.


On occasion some of our items will be priced to include shipping and this will be stated on the product.  Any other items ordered at the same time will be subject to our standard shipping costs.

If you are ordering for a special occasion please let us know so we can ensure the items are delivered to you before the date you need them.  We will always endeavour to go above and beyond to get you what you need for when you need it but we need to know!  Orders placed as normal with no notes or contact will be dispatched within the normal 1 to 5 working days.

There is a notes section during checkout where you are able to detail a safe place or a neighbour for delivery of your parcel if you are not in.

Tracking will show for items where delivery has been attempted or is successful. 

If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate posting, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail.

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 30 days of receipt. The items must be received within the 30 days and not after. These must be in the condition that they were received in to receive a refund.

Any returns agreed after this period of time will receive gift vouchers as a refund.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items minus a 10% restocking fee if there is nothing wrong with the product.  

You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not able to accept the return of opened goods unless in perfect condition and we shall not accept part used goods.  

If any product is broken or not fit for purpose when you receive it please contact us with pictures or videos so we can arrange a refund or a replacement item as soon as possible.  Depending on the product we may have to arrange for a supplier to send a replacement directly.
